Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, verbal and communication skills; ability to build relationships and adapt to a diverse customer base.
• Motivation and an inner drive to learn, grow, and excel.
• A knack for technology and the ability to learn wireless quickly.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Open availability during store hours.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate retail sales of cellular devices and wireless services with outstanding customer service.
• Create additional sales opportunities through marketing campaigns with the Marketing Department.
• Contact current customers via phone for additional sales opportunities.
• Develop up-to-date knowledge of Russell Cellular products and services; demonstrate capabilities.
• Handle daily store operations such as opening/closing, inventory control, cash management, and admin duties.
• Develop and monitor action plans to achieve daily/monthly sales goals.
