Qualifications

• Experience in retail, sales, or customer service requested but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service for devices, wireless plans, and services.
• Ask questions to identify needs and recommend solutions.
• Build lasting customer relationships through follow-up and service.
• Assist customers with account questions, setup, troubleshooting, and service concerns.
• Generate sales opportunities via community outreach and local marketing initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge of products and promotions through ongoing training.
• Assist with store operations including merchandising, inventory, cash handling, and opening/closing procedures.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.
