The role offers base pay with uncapped commissions and growth opportunities across 750+ locations nationwide, plus a strong benefits package and a focus on community involvement.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills; ability to build relationships and adapt to a diverse customer base is desired
• Motivation and an inner drive to learn, grow, and excel
• A knack for technology and the ability to learn wireless quickly
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as need be
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Open availability during store hours

Responsibilities

• Facilitate retail sales of wireless devices and services with outstanding customer service.
• Create additional sales opportunities through marketing campaigns and community events.
• Contact current customers via phone for additional sales opportunities.
• Develop up-to-date knowledge of Russell Cellular and wireless products; demonstrate capabilities.
• Handle daily store operations: opening/closing, inventory, cash management, and various office/administrative duties.
• Develop and monitor action plans for the accomplishment of daily/month sales goals
