Russell Cellular Inc. is hiring a Wireless Sales Representative in Texas. You will engage customers, assess their needs, and provide tailored wireless solutions while upholding the company values of integrity, expertise, initiative, and service.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and ability to build relationships with a diverse customer base.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a focus on clarity and courtesy.
• Proven sales aptitude with motivation to meet/exceed targets.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate retail sales of wireless devices and services with outstanding customer service.
• Create additional sales opportunities through marketing campaigns and community outreach.
• Contact existing customers by phone for upsell and service opportunities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Russell Cellular products and services; demonstrate capabilities.
• Assist with daily store operations including opening/closing, cash management, and inventory.
