Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build relationships with diverse customers.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate retail sales of cellular devices and wireless services with outstanding service.
• Create sales opportunities via marketing campaigns and community events.
• Contact current customers for additional sales opportunities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Russell Cellular products and demonstrate capabilities.
• Handle daily store operations such as opening/closing, inventory, and cash management.
• Develop and monitor action plans to reach daily/monthly sales goals.
