Russell Cellular Inc. is seeking a Wireless Specialist to provide individualized customer service and identify customers’ needs, helping them choose the right wireless products and services. Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills; ability to build relationships with diverse customers.
• Motivation and an inner drive to learn, grow, and excel in retail.
• Ability to learn wireless products quickly and apply knowledge on the floor.
• Open availability during store hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. as part of daily duties.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate retail sales of cellular devices and wireless services with outstanding customer service.
• Create additional sales opportunities through campaigns with Marketing and community events.
• Contact current customers for follow-up sales opportunities.
• Develop up-to-date knowledge of Russell Cellular and its products; demonstrate equipment capabilities.
• Handle daily store operations such as opening/closing, inventory, cash handling, and admin duties.
• Develop and monitor plans to meet daily and monthly sales goals.
