Job summary

Russell Cellular is hiring a Wireless Sales Representative to join our team in a dynamic retail environment. You will learn customer needs and provide individualized service to equip them with wireless products and services, embodying our core values of Integrity, Expertise, Initiative, and Service.

This role requires strong communication, motivation to grow, and the ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Open availability during store hours and ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Facilitate retail sales of wireless products and services with outstanding customer service.
Create additional sales opportunities through marketing campaigns and community events.
Contact current customers by phone for additional sales opportunities.
Develop up-to-date knowledge of Russell Cellular and wireless products; demonstrate equipment capabilities.
Handle daily store operations such as opening/closing, inventory control, cash management, and administrative duties.
Develop and monitor action plans to achieve daily/monthly sales goals.
