Russell Cellular is hiring a Wireless Sales Representative to deliver personalized service, understand customer needs, and help them choose wireless products and services. Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills are needed.
• Motivation and drive to learn, grow, and excel in retail.
• Knack for technology and quick learning of wireless products.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and handle store operations tasks.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate retail sales of devices and wireless services with outstanding service.
• Create additional sales opportunities through marketing campaigns and events.
• Contact current customers for additional sales opportunities.
• Develop knowledge of Russell Cellular products and demonstrate capabilities.
• Handle daily store operations including opening/closing, inventory, and cash.
• Develop and monitor action plans to achieve daily/monthly sales goals.
