Russell Cellular Inc. is seeking a Wireless Sales Representative to build relationships with customers and identify their wireless needs.

You will offer customized solutions and drive sales for devices and services, aligning with the company values of integrity and initiative. In this role, you will learn Russell Cellular’s products and markets, work within store hours including nights and weekends, and benefit from uncapped commission potential along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills; ability to build relationships with diverse customers.
• Motivation and an inner drive to learn, grow, and excel in retail sales.
• A knack for technology and the ability to learn wireless products quickly.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and open availability during store hours.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate retail sales of wireless devices and services while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Create additional sales opportunities through campaigns with Marketing and community events.
• Contact current customers by phone for follow-up sales opportunities.
• Develop up-to-date knowledge of Russell Cellular products and services; demonstrate equipment capabilities.
• Handle daily store operations such as opening/closing, inventory control, and cash management.
• Develop and monitor action plans to achieve daily/monthly sales goals.
