Russell Cellular is hiring a Wireless Sales Representative to connect with customers, assess their needs, and offer tailored wireless solutions. You will uphold our core values of Integrity, Expertise, Initiative and Service while serving communities where we do business.

You will earn a base rate of $14 per hour with uncapped commissions; the average with commission is about $19 per hour, with potential to increase earnings as you grow in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate retail sales of cellular devices and wireless services while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Create additional sales opportunities through campaigns with Marketing and community events.
• Contact current customers by phone for follow-up sales opportunities.
• Develop up-to-date knowledge of Russell Cellular and wireless products; demonstrate equipment capabilities.
• Handle daily store operations including opening/closing, inventory, cash management, and admin duties.
• Develop and monitor action plans to achieve daily/monthly sales goals.
