Russell Cellular is seeking a Wireless Sales Representative to connect with customers, assess their needs, and provide tailored wireless solutions. You will represent a Verizon Authorized Retailer and deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced retail environment.

This role offers base pay plus uncapped commission with the potential to earn more; with 750+ locations nationwide, there are opportunities for growth and advancement, plus benefits like health insurance and a 401K.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or customer service.
• Ability to build relationships with a diverse customer base.
• Willingness to learn wireless products quickly.

Responsibilities

• Sell cellular phones, tablets, watches and wireless plans with outstanding service.
• Create sales opportunities through campaigns with Marketing and community events.
• Contact customers for upsell opportunities.
• Develop knowledge of products and demonstrate features.
• Assist with opening/closing store operations and cash handling.
• Set and monitor daily sales goals.
