Russell Cellular is seeking a Wireless Sales Representative to know customers, assess their needs, and provide personalized wireless products and services. You will uphold our core values of Integrity, Expertise, Initiative and Service and embody Care for Every Person in the communities we serve.

You will benefit from uncapped earning potential with a base of $12 per hour plus commissions; the average with commission is $17 per hour, with opportunities for advancement within a Verizon Authorized

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills.
• Motivation and drive to learn, grow, and excel.
• Ability to learn wireless products quickly.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Open availability during store hours.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate retail sales of cellular devices and wireless services with outstanding customer service.
• Create additional sales opportunities through campaigns with Marketing and community events.
• Contact current customers by phone for upsell opportunities.
• Develop up-to-date knowledge of Russell Cellular products and services.
• Handle daily store operations: opening/closing, inventory, cash management, and administrative duties.
• Develop and monitor action plans to achieve daily and monthly sales goals.
