Russell Cellular Inc. is seeking a Wireless Specialist to join our Verizon Authorized Retailer team. You will get to know customers and assess their needs, providing personalized service to equip them with wireless products and services.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills; ability to build relationships and adapt to a diverse customer base is desired.
• Motivation and an inner drive to learn, grow, and excel.
• A knack for technology and the ability to learn wireless quickly.
• Open availability during store hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate retail sales of cellular devices and wireless services with outstanding customer service.
• Create sales opportunities via creative campaigns with Marketing and community events.
• Contact current customers to pursue additional sales opportunities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of wireless products and services and demonstrate equipment capabilities.
• Handle daily store operations such as opening/closing, inventory control, cash management, and admin duties.
• Develop and monitor action plans to achieve daily/monthly sales goals.
