Russell Cellular Inc. is seeking a Wireless Specialist/Retail Sales Representative to help customers choose wireless products and services with personalized service. You will embody our core values of Integrity, Expertise, Initiative and Service while serving communities we operate in.

You will learn wireless products quickly, contribute to sales growth, and support store operations, with opportunities for advancement in a nationwide Verizon Authorized Retailer.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate retail sales of cellular devices and wireless services with outstanding customer service.
• Create sales opportunities through marketing and community events in cooperation with the Marketing Department.
• Contact current customers by phone for additional sales opportunities.
• Develop up-to-date knowledge of Russell Cellular products and demonstrate equipment capabilities.
• Handle daily store operations such as opening/closing, inventory control, cash management, and admin duties.
• Develop and monitor action plans to achieve daily and monthly sales goals.
