Russell Cellular is looking for a Wireless Sales Representative to help customers choose wireless devices, plans, and services. You will build relationships, provide personalized solutions, and contribute to a fast-paced retail team.

You will participate in training, stay current on promotions, and work toward achieving sales goals while delivering excellent customer experiences in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Retail, sales, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service while assisting customers with devices, wireless plans, accessories, and services.
• Ask questions, identify customer needs, and recommend personalized solutions.
• Build lasting customer relationships through outstanding service and follow-up.
• Support customers with account questions, device setup, troubleshooting, and service-related concerns.
• Generate sales opportunities through community outreach, customer follow-up, and local marketing initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge of the latest wireless products, services, and promotions through ongoing training.
• Assist with daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory management, cash handling, and opening and closing procedures.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.
