You will embody our core values of integrity and service while pursuing growth in a retail environment. The position offers a base rate of $15.00 per hour plus uncapped commissions, with an average of $20.00 per hour including commission and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills.

• Open availability during store hours and ability to work nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate retail sales of cellular devices and wireless services with outstanding customer service.
• Create additional sales opportunities through marketing campaigns and community events.
• Reach out to current customers for additional sales opportunities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Russell Cellular products and services.
• Handle daily store operations including opening/closing, inventory, cash, and admin duties.
• Develop and monitor action plans to achieve daily/monthly sales goals.
