Russell Cellular is seeking a Wireless Specialist in Belleville, IL. You will learn customer needs, provide tailored service, and sell wireless devices and services with a focus on integrity and customer care.

The role offers uncapped earning potential, with a base $15 per hour and commission that averages about $20 per hour. Growth opportunities exist within a nationwide Verizon Authorized Retailer.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills; ability to build relationships with a diverse customer base.
• Motivation and an inner drive to learn, grow, and excel in sales.
• A knack for technology and the ability to learn wireless products quickly.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to lift 50lbs and assist with basic store duties.
• Open availability during standard store hours.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate retail sales of cellular devices and wireless services with outstanding customer service.
• Create sales opportunities through marketing campaigns and community events.
• Contact current customers for additional sales opportunities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Russell Cellular products and demonstrate capabilities.
• Handle daily store operations including opening/closing, inventory, cash management, and admin duties.
• Develop and monitor action plans to achieve daily/monthly sales goals.
