The role offers a base hourly rate of $15 plus uncapped commission potential, with an average hourly earnings around $20 including commissions, and opportunities for advancement across 750+ locations.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate retail sales of wireless devices and services with outstanding customer service.
• Create sales opportunities through campaigns and community events.
• Contact current customers for additional sales opportunities.
• Develop knowledge of Russell Cellular products and services; demonstrate equipment capabilities.
• Handle store operations such as opening/closing, inventory, and cash management.
• Support achievement of daily/monthly sales goals.
