Job summary

Russell Cellular is hiring a Wireless Sales Representative in Malvern, AR to help customers find the right wireless solutions and stay connected.

You’ll deliver exceptional service, ask questions to identify needs, explain devices and plans, and build lasting relationships while contributing to store performance.

Compensation includes a $12.00 per hour base rate plus uncapped commissions; average earnings are up to $17.00 per hour, with growth opportunities and paid training.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Comfort with technology and quick learning of new products.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service while assisting customers with devices, wireless plans, accessories, and services.
• Ask questions, identify customer needs, and recommend personalized solutions.
• Build lasting customer relationships through outstanding service and follow-up.
• Support customers with account questions, device setup, troubleshooting, and service-related concerns.
• Generate sales opportunities through community outreach, customer follow-up, and local marketing initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge of the latest wireless products, services, and promotions through ongoing training.
• Assist with daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory management, cash handling, and opening and closing procedures.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.
