Blue Link Wireless is hiring a Sales Advocate to help customers select devices and plans, delivering conversations, problem-solving, and closing deals. Paid three-week training is provided and no wireless experience is required.

Starting base pay plus uncapped commission means earnings grow with performance. You’ll engage customers, meet monthly targets, and stay updated on AT&T products while representing the brand at community events.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong communicator, written and verbal.
• Self-starter with a results-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-in customers and guide device/plan decisions.
• Hit and beat monthly sales targets through product knowledge.
• Stay current on AT&T products, promotions and devices.
• Occasionally represent the brand at community events.
• Bring positive energy to the floor and shape a store culture.
• Handle service and sales needs with honesty and care; every interaction counts.
• Flexibility to work at nearby locations as needed.
• Availability for evenings, weekends and holidays.
