Blue Link Wireless, an Authorized Retailer of AT&T, is hiring a Sales Advocate to help customers choose devices and plans while delivering great service.

This Full-Time role offers base pay plus uncapped commissions, and a fully paid 3-week training program. No wireless experience is required, and you will grow with a team that values energy and customer focus. You must be 18+, authorized to work in the U.S., and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or sales is a plus.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Able to engage customers and close sales.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-in customers and guide them through devices and plans.
• Hit and beat monthly sales targets using product knowledge.
• Stay current on AT&T products and promotions.
• Occasionally represent the brand at community events.
• Bring positive energy to the floor and support store culture.
• Handle service and sales needs with honesty and care.
