Job summary

Delphos Wireless is hiring Wireless Sales Representatives to join our Cricket Wireless retail team in Columbus, OH. You will help customers find the right wireless products and services while providing an outstanding in-store experience.

We offer training, uncapped commissions, monthly bonuses, and competitive hourly pay. Full-time and part-time roles are available, with flexible scheduling to meet store needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail or wireless sales is preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting Cricket Wireless products and services based on their needs.
• Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals through consultative selling.
• Demonstrate wireless devices and accessories to customers.
• Process sales, activations, upgrades, and account changes using our POS system.
• Maintain accurate cash handling and transaction records.
• Build lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business and retention.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and welcoming for customers.
• Participate in daily team huddles, meetings, and ongoing training.
• Stay up to date on Cricket Wireless products and promotions.
