My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, is seeking a Retail Sales Associate in Los Angeles to engage customers, explain AT&T products, and guide them through the buying journey in a fast-paced environment.

You will receive ongoing paid training, strong base pay with commissions/bonuses, and opportunities for growth within a dynamic team. Flexible scheduling and benefits are part of the program.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment (Required)
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills (Required)
• Bilingual (Preferred but may not be required depending on location)
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls (Preferred)
• Must be at least 18 years of age and eligible to work in the US (Required)

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and educate them on AT&T products and services
• Guide customers through the buying process and help make buying decisions
• Meet and exceed personal and store performance goals
• Train and develop skills for advancement to management roles
• Maintain a fun, clean, and energetic store environment for customers and team members
• Participate in marketing activities to maximize selling opportunities each day
