Job summary

Acosta Group is seeking a Wireless Sales Pro to drive in-store wireless product sales at Premium locations. You’ll meet and exceed sales goals through new phone sales, upgrades, and accessory bundles, while engaging customers with your authentic selling style.

No prior wireless knowledge is required; you must be motivated to learn. You’ll stand for 8-10 hour shifts, work peak times including weekends and holidays, and enjoy a base hourly rate with uncapped commissions and opportunities for

• Prior sales experience or existing knowledge of the wireless category is not mandatory, but you must be driven to learn.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals by executing new phone sales, upgrades, and accessory bundling.
• Proactively start conversations with customers.
• Explain wireless solutions to buyers in simple, easy-to-understand terms.
• Recommend personalised product baskets to buyers.
• Teach shoppers how to enjoy new products through successful setup and activation.
• Keep wireless planogram displays fully stocked and in flawless condition.
