Acosta Group in Columbia, Missouri is seeking a Wireless Sales Pro to join the Premium wireless retail team on a part-time basis. You will meet and exceed sales goals by selling phones, upgrades, and accessories, while proactively engaging customers and demonstrating simple wireless solutions.

As a Wireless Sales Pro, you’ll stock displays, set up new products, and help shoppers understand plans. This role offers an hourly wage with uncapped commissions and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience or knowledge of the wireless category is not mandatory, but you must be driven to learn.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals by executing new phone sales, upgrades, and accessory bundling.
• Proactively start conversations with customers.
• Explain wireless solutions to buyers in simple, easy-to-understand terms.
• Recommend personalised product baskets to buyers.
• Teach shoppers how to enjoy new products through successful setup and activation.
• Keep wireless planogram displays fully stocked and in flawless condition.
