Job summary

Acosta Group seeks a Wireless Sales Pro to support Premium’s wireless locations in Rockport, TX. You’ll meet and exceed sales goals by handling new phone sales, upgrades, and accessory bundling, while proactively starting conversations with customers.

You will explain wireless solutions in simple terms, tailor product baskets to buyers, and help shoppers set up and activate new devices. The role requires standing for 8–10 hour shifts and weekend/evening availability.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience or existing knowledge of the wireless category is not mandatory, but you must be driven to learn.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals by executing new phone sales, upgrades, and accessory bundling.
• Proactively start conversations with customers.
• Explain wireless solutions to buyers in simple, easy-to-understand terms.
• Recommend personalised product baskets to buyers.
• Teach shoppers how to enjoy new products through successful setup and activation.
• Keep wireless planogram displays fully stocked and in flawless condition.
