Job summary

Blue Link Wireless, an Authorized Retailer of AT&T, is seeking a Sales Advocate to help customers choose devices and plans. Paid 3-week training provided. This is real sales—conversations, problem-solving, and closing—with base pay plus uncapped commissions.

We value strong communication, a 18+ age requirement, and eligibility to work in the U.S. You’ll engage customers, meet monthly targets, and may work at nearby locations with evening/weekend/holiday shifts.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong communicator, written and verbal.
• Self-starter with a results-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-in customers and guide device and plan decisions.
• Hit and beat monthly sales targets through product knowledge and genuine connection.
• Stay current on AT&T products, promotions, and devices.
• Occasionally represent the brand at community events.
• Bring positive energy to the floor and help shape a store culture worth showing up for.
• Handle service and sales needs with honesty and care; every interaction counts.
• Flexibility to work at nearby locations as needed.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
