Blue Link Wireless, An Authorized Retail of AT&T, seeks a Sales Advocate to guide customers through device and plan choices and to close sales. Expect conversations, problem-solving, and earning via uncapped commissions after a fully paid three-week training.

Ideal candidates are strong communicators with retail or hospitality backgrounds, willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays at multiple nearby locations. Paid training is provided upfront.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Retail or sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Hospitality/background in service can be a plus.

Mansioni

• Engage walk-in customers and guide device and plan decisions.
• Hit monthly sales targets using product knowledge and connection with customers.
• Stay current on AT&T products, promotions, and devices.
• Represent the brand at events and foster a positive store culture.
