DSI is hiring energetic Retail Sales Associates to represent AT&T in a store-within-a-store setting in Kalispell, MT. You will engage customers, educate them on wireless products and plans, and close sales in a fast-paced retail environment.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in retail or customer service, strong communication, and the ability to work weekends. The role offers uncapped commissions and opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of retail sales, customer service, or face-to-face sales experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsabilités

• Greet and engage customers in a busy retail environment.
• Identify customer needs through consultative selling and active listening.
• Educate customers on AT&T products, devices, plans, and services.
• Drive sales by meeting and exceeding targets.
• Process transactions, activate service plans, and complete sales accurately.
• Maintain product knowledge to confidently recommend solutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale.
• Collaborate with team to maximize store sales performance.
