Job summary

Sun Com Mobile, LLC is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Consultant in Hartwell, GA. You will deliver high quality sales, drive handset and plan sales, and follow company guidelines to meet benchmarks.

The role requires customer service excellence and the ability to support new hires, with Spanish preferred and a standard in-store schedule. The position emphasizes adherence to policies, accurate paperwork, and maintaining store appearance while achieving key performance metrics in a busy retail

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States.
• Deliver complete, high quality sales that exceed the company's benchmark on key metrics.
• Drive sales of preferred handsets, rate plans, features and accessories, per company guidance and benchmarks set by management.
• Practice specific behaviors and best practices to generate and maximize sales and key metrics, as indicated by management.
• Perform as a role model and offer assistance for all new hires and peer Retail Sales Consultants.
• Perform other work-related tasks, as assigned by management.
