Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a similar role in a retail environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proof of achievement in prior sales and customer service roles.
• Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology and products, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Creating the ideal customer experience for each customer, every day.
• Assisting new and existing customers throughout the sales process.
• Educating customers on all Verizon products and services offered.
• Producing sufficient sales to meet and exceed location standards.
• Handling customer situations to ensure satisfaction.
• Supporting Store Manager and Assistant Manager with tasks.
• Completing required training as directed by Your Wireless and Verizon Wireless.
