Job summary

Luna Wireless, an Authorized T-Mobile Retailer, is seeking Retail Sales Representatives who are energetic brand ambassadors for the T-Mobile experience. You’ll help customers explore devices and plans, provide hands-on demonstrations, and build lasting connections in a fast-paced team environment.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of customer service or sales experience, are 18+, legally eligible to work in the US, and welcome bilingual Spanish speakers.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by providing world-class service and building loyalty.
• Demonstrate latest technology with hands-on in-store demonstrations.
• Sell personalized solutions beyond the device/service plan to keep customers connected.
• Collaborate with team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
