Luna Wireless is seeking energetic Retail Sales Representatives to bring the T-Mobile brand to life in fast-paced retail environments. You will be a brand ambassador, building energy and excitement around products and services, and learning to uncover customer needs while educating and recommending devices and plans.

Qualifications
- Passionate customer advocate with ability to connect and have fun with customers.
- Competitive drive with success in fast-paced sales environments.
- Willingness to work with peers and store leaders, share ideas, and serve customers.
- Ability to balance customer needs with performance goals.
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience; retail environment preferred.
Responsibilities
- Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey, online, via Customer Care, or in-store.
- Provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store.
- Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions beyond basic device/service plans.
- Approach service and sales needs with composure, integrity, and compassion.
