Job summary

Luna Wireless is hiring Retail Sales Representatives in a fast-paced environment where the team drives the T-Mobile customer experience. You’ll educate customers, demonstrate devices, and tailor solutions to fit lifestyles, with new employee training provided.

This role offers base pay plus commissions, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for advancement in a growing team. Bilingual Spanish is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Help customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in-store.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store.
• Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions beyond basic device and service plans.
• Address service and sales needs with composure, integrity, and compassion.
