Luna Wireless in Boston is hiring Retail Sales Representatives to join a fast-paced, customer-focused team. You’ll help customers explore devices and plans, demonstrate features, and build lasting relationships in-store.

We offer both full-time and part-time roles with competitive pay plus commissions, benefits, and opportunities for growth in a dynamic retail environment. Bilingual applicants are encouraged but not required.

Qualificações

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsabilidades

• Helping customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in-store.
• Exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store.
• Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions beyond the bare-bones device and service plan that keep customers connected to the people and lifestyle they love, including accessories and IoT devices.
• Approaching service and sales needs with composure, integrity, and compassion.
