Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply, especially Spanish speakers.

Responsibilities

• Build energy and excitement around T-Mobile products and services in-store.
• Demonstrate and educate customers on device and service solutions, including accessories and IoT devices.
• Conduct hands-on demonstrations and consult customers to find personalized plans and products.
