Luna Wireless is seeking Retail Sales Representatives to join our fast-paced team. You will engage customers, demonstrate devices, and help shoppers choose plans and accessories in-store and online.

We offer a competitive base pay plus commission, benefits for part-time and full-time associates, 401K, health, dental and vision, paid time off, and growth opportunities. Training available for all levels, including Spanish-speaking candidates.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Help customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, online, through Customer Care or in-store.
• Exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store.
• Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions beyond the bare-bones device and service plan, including accessories and IoT devices.
• Approaching service and sales needs with composure, integrity, and compassion.
