Rymco LLC, an authorized Cricket Wireless retailer in Murfreesboro, TN, is seeking a Wireless Retail Sales Advocate who will greet customers, present wireless plans and devices, and close sales with a friendly, high-energy approach.

You’ll join a fast-paced store team that emphasizes service, product knowledge, and achieving store sales goals. Earn hourly pay plus commissions, with opportunities for advancement and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience (Preferred).
• Availability to work: Mon–Sat 10:00 AM–8:00 PM; Sun 12:00 PM–5:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and engaging manner.
• Maintain product knowledge to effectively present and upsell wireless plans, phones, and accessories.
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
• Assist with marketing efforts and in-store promotions.
• Handle customer issues with care and escalating when necessary.
