Job summary

Rymco LLC seeks a Wireless Retail Sales Advocate for Cricket Wireless (Authorized Retailer) in Murfreesboro, TN. You will greet customers, present wireless plans and devices, and strive to meet sales goals in a fast-paced environment.

Earn up to $20/hour base with performance commissions; top advocates can reach up to $28/hour. Paid training, PTO, and employee discounts are provided, with standard mall or store hours Monday–Saturday 10:00 AM–8:00 PM and Sunday 12:00 PM–5:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and strong communication skills are essential.
• Strong work ethic and motivation to succeed are important.
• 1+ year of customer service experience is preferred.
• Sales or marketing background is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and engaging manner.
• Maintain product knowledge to present and upsell wireless plans, phones, and accessories.
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
• Assist with marketing efforts and in-store promotions.
• Handle customer issues with care and escalate when necessary.
