Job summary

Rymco LLC is looking for a Wireless Retail Sales Advocate to represent Cricket Wireless (Authorized Retailer) in a fast-paced, customer-centric setting. You will greet customers, present wireless plans, and upsell devices while maintaining excellent service.

This full-time role offers hourly pay plus commissions, paid training, PTO, and employee discounts. Availability includes Monday–Saturday 10:00 AM–8:00 PM and Sunday 12:00 PM–5:00 PM, with hours subject to change.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and strong communication skills.
• 1+ year of customer service experience (Preferred).
• Sales or marketing background (Preferred, not required).

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and engaging manner.
• Maintain product knowledge to effectively present and upsell wireless plans, phones, and accessories.
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
• Assist with marketing efforts and in-store promotions.
• Handle customer issues with care and elevate when necessary.
