Rymco LLC – Authorized Retailer for Cricket Wireless is seeking a Wireless Retail Sales Advocate to greet customers, present wireless plans, and upsell devices and accessories at the Cricket Wireless counter. You will be part of a fast-paced retail team in Morristown, TN, delivering exceptional service and meeting sales goals.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and can work a varied schedule.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and strong communication skills.
• 1+ year of customer service experience (preferred).
• Sales or marketing background (preferred, not required).
• Language English (Required).

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and engaging manner.
• Maintain product knowledge to present and upsell wireless plans, phones, and accessories.
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
• Assist with marketing efforts and in-store promotions.
