My Wireless is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to engage customers, educate them on AT&T products, and guide the buying process. The role offers ongoing training, performance-based incentives, and opportunities for advancement within a fast-growing retailer.

You will work in a dynamic store environment, meet sales targets, and contribute to a team that delivers exceptional customer experiences while representing AT&T services.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment (required).
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (required).
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills (required).
• Bilingual (preferred, location-dependent).
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls (preferred).
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the US; HS diploma or equivalent required.
