Job summary

My Wireless is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and sell AT&T products in a fast-paced environment. You’ll educate customers, guide buying decisions, and participate in dynamic training programs that lead to growth opportunities within the company.

The role emphasizes teamwork, a positive store atmosphere, and meeting sales goals. Training, benefits, and incentive programs accompany a path toward management roles.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment (Required)
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required)
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills (Required)
• Bilingual (Preferred but may not be required depending on location)
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls. (Preferred)
• Must be at minimum 18 years of age, legally able to be employed in the US and have a High School diploma or equivalent. (Required)
