Job summary

My Wireless is a fast-growing AT&T Authorized Retailer hiring a Retail Sales Associate to educate customers on AT&T products and guide them through the buying process in a fast-paced retail environment. You will engage customers, learn the products, and help them select solutions that fit their needs.

The position offers strong base pay plus uncapped commissions, ongoing paid training, and clear paths for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual abilities preferred depending on location.
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls.
• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the US with a HS diploma or equivalent.
