Job summary

TCC - WI Schoolhouse- FT - Retail Sales Representative is a full-time role based in Oconomowoc, WI. You will be the front-line connection between customers and the T-Mobile brand, delivering friendly, informed service in a fast-paced store environment.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, achieving revenue targets, building relationships, handling cash and inventory, and upholding store standards. Strong communication and a customer-focused attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months experience in retail or sales with strong customer focus.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer service including greeting customers and answering calls.
• Drive monthly revenue goals by acquiring new accounts and expanding existing ones.
• Build relationships with customers and coworkers across channels.
• Assist management with opening, closing, and cash handling per policies.
• Maintain store appearance and stock, and support activations and billing changes.
