Premium Retail Services is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a Wireless team across 3-4 Walmart locations in the United States. You will recruit, coach, and develop Wireless Sales Pros to achieve ambitious sales goals and KPIs.

You will model top sales techniques and provide ongoing training, while steering retention plans for a high-performing, customer-focused staff. Experience in sales and leadership is valued, with training provided to master wireless plans, devices, and promotions.

Qualifikationen

• Two years of experience in sales and consistently surpassing sales objectives is an asset.
• Prior leadership experience preferred.
• Prefer candidates who have a knack for all things wireless.
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated excellence in multitasking, demand management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
