Responsibilities include recruiting, coaching, and developing teams, driving sales targets, and collaborating with in-store leadership to ensure top performance.

Qualifikationen

• Two years of sales experience with a track record of meeting objectives is an asset.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Knack for wireless products and services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong multitasking, demand management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Aufgaben

• Oversee Wireless Sales Pros across 3-4 retail locations, driving recruitment, coaching, and development to achieve sales and business goals.
• Motivate and empower teams to consistently exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Act as a player-coach, modeling top-tier sales techniques and training practices to elevate team performance.
• Execute strategic recruitment and retention plans to maintain a high-performing workforce.
• Collaborate with Premium, the client, and in-store leadership to ensure professionalism and alignment.
