Job summary

Premium Retail Services, part of Acosta Group, is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a Wireless Sales Pros team across multiple Walmart locations. You’ll learn wireless plans, devices, and promotions through ongoing training, with strong support from the program and leadership.

Qualifications

• Two years of sales experience with objective achievement is an asset.
• Prior leadership experience preferred.
• Interest in wireless category encouraged and welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Wireless Sales Pros across 3–4 retail locations, driving recruitment, coaching, and development to achieve sales goals.
• Motivate teams to consistently exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Model top-tier sales techniques and training practices to elevate team performance.
• Execute strategic recruitment and retention plans to maintain a high-performing workforce.
• Collaborate with Premium, the client, and in-store leadership to ensure professionalism and success.
