You will oversee daily operations, train and supervise associates, and work with district leadership to hit targets while maintaining product knowledge and high service standards.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience in wireless or electronics.
• Proven ability to drive team performance, sales results and service quality.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent customer service, with proactive approach and attention to detail.
• Physical ability to lift 30–50 pounds.
• Capability to stand or walk for extended periods.
• Preferred: budgets, forecasting sales, merchandising and retail metrics.
• Preferred: recruitment, coaching, HR and Canadian employment standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily wireless department operations and service delivery.
• Manage and supervise a team of sales associates, including scheduling and training.
• Drive sales targets by motivating the team and implementing strategies.
• Maintain product knowledge and ensure the team is well informed.
• Monitor inventory and display according to standards.
• Oversee customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Lead regular team meetings and communicate targets and promotions.
• Forecast sales, analyze figures and adapt strategies to trends.
• Coordinate with marketing on promotions.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations and manage department budget.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales area.
• Report to District Manager on results.
• Perform other duties as needed.
