PRE-US in San Antonio, TX is hiring a high-energy Sales Lead (Wireless Retail) to drive store performance and develop sales associates. You will engage with customers, coach staff, and deliver exceptional shopper experiences across wireless products and services.

Success requires proactive customer engagement, accountability, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. Competitive pay includes $18–$22 per hour plus unlimited commissions and paid training.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Able to stand or walk for extended periods
• Valid driver's license
• Willingness to travel within the district as needed
• Background check, where applicable

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs
• Train, coach, and mentor new and existing sales associates
• Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing on-the-job development
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions
• Resolve escalated customer issues while following carrier and program guidelines
• Independently manage shift responsibilities and make floor-level decisions
• Travel between store locations if required
